Product Description
Gabions (also named gabion box or gabion basket) are wire mesh containers made of hexagonal wire netting. Wire diameter varies with the hexagonal nettings. For hexagonal wire netting with no PVC coating, the wire diameter ranges from 2.0mm to 4.0mm. For those PVC coated hexagonal wire netting, the outside diameter ranges from 3.0mm to 4.0mm. The wire of the outside frame edge is one wire gauge thicker than the wire used for hexagonal wire netting.

Assembly
Step 1:Mesh unfolding and assembly: First, unfold the folded gabion mesh, and then the workers collaborate to assemble the mesh into a box-shaped structure, determining the shape and size of the mesh boxes.
Step 2:Cage positioning: Place the assembled cages at the designated construction site to ensure that their positions comply with the design requirements.
Step 3:Stone filling: Fill the cage with stones that meet the specifications. During the filling process, pay attention to the tight interlocking of the stones to ensure structural stability.
Step 4:Reinforcement of net cages: Use tools (such as hammers, etc.) to reinforce the net cages to ensure that they have a regular shape and a solid structure after being filled with stones.
Step 5:Wire binding connection sealing: Finally, use wire binding to tightly connect all the connection points of the net box (including the top, side and partition connection points) to complete the sealing of the net box and ensure the sealing and stability of the overall structure.
